Instructions

  1. Combine dry ingredients in food processor and blend. Add oil. Slowly stream in water until a dough ball forms.
  2. Cover and let rise 2-4 hours until doubled.
  3. Divide into 3 balls (approx 250g) and let rest 30-60 minutes.
  4. Shape

Notes: Easy to work with, very soft and pliable. Doesn’t get super crispy bottom
