Ingredients
- 320 g 00 flour
- 180 g whole wheat flour (Mulino Marino)
- 2 t salt
- 1/4 t instant yeast
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 c warm water (or less)
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients in food processor and blend. Add oil. Slowly stream in water until a dough ball forms.
- Cover and let rise 2-4 hours until doubled.
- Divide into 3 balls (approx 250g) and let rest 30-60 minutes.

Notes: Easy to work with, very soft and pliable. Doesn’t get super crispy bottom
