Make a bunch of meatballs but save some mixture for topping a pizza
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
Instructions
- Mix everything together with your hands. Form into 1 ounce meatballs and freeze for later.
- For pizza, top your dough with sauce, shredded mozzarella, then tiny pinches of raw meatball mixture.
- Heat Ooni on high until stone is 800F, then reduce heat to low. Slide in pizza, rotate and cook 5-6 minutes
