A quick basic pizza dough recipe adapted from NYT. Comes together in a food processor.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, salt, yeast and sugar in food processor. Blend 30 seconds to mix.
  2. On low speed, drizzle in olive oil
  3. Stream in water until a dough ball forms. Go slowly, you may not need it all. Once ball forms, allow to process 2-3 minutes.
  4. Divide into two equal balls, cover and let rest 2 hours before forming.
  5. Or refrigerate several days. Or freeze for longer.
