A quick basic pizza dough recipe adapted from NYT. Comes together in a food processor.
Ingredients
- 390 g bread flour (King Arthur)
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 3.5 g active dry yeast
- pinch sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions
- Combine flour, salt, yeast and sugar in food processor. Blend 30 seconds to mix.
- On low speed, drizzle in olive oil
- Stream in water until a dough ball forms. Go slowly, you may not need it all. Once ball forms, allow to process 2-3 minutes.
- Divide into two equal balls, cover and let rest 2 hours before forming.
- Or refrigerate several days. Or freeze for longer.
